In the current multi-product small-volume production age, the market for that product has ended while trying to set up a production line according to the needs of the product or try to optimize an existing line. If you do not build production lines at once, simulation of production process, floor plan, production method at the stage of production planning, you can not keep up with market speed and change.
However, production simulators made abroad did not receive much attention in Japan, as it is necessary to input huge amounts of data, because it can not be operated unless it is an expert, and the cost is high.
So we developed cloud type production simulator "GD.findi". Since "GD.findi" does not require programming technology, on-site technicians themselves can build and verify virtual production systems themselves.
